As a buyer, you should be mindful of these guidelines:
REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Thobe Sitti. If you are experiencing any issues with your product and want to exercise your refund rights we invite you to review this Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
Thobe Sitti store is made of a large variety of Sellers that have their own Refund and Shipping Policy, so as a Buyer it is your sole responsibility to check if a Seller has any refund criteria prior ordering anything.
Any product once received by you, can only be returned to the Seller for a refund or replacement only if:
- You received a damaged/faulty product;
- You received a wrong product.
- Your product never arrived.
- Your product has quality issues.
If you have encountered any issues with your order, please contact your Seller with proof as below:
- The photos of original package with front and back sides.
- The photos or video of the defective product(s).
- The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective product.
Sellers will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, depending upon their own refund conditions.
Sellers reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the refund conditions in their sole discretion. This process might take 14 days to a month depending upon the different scenarios.
Dispute Resolution
A Dispute can be raised by both Buyers and Sellers manually for a rejected delivery. Thobe Sitti will aim to make a resolution decision on behalf of both parties within thirty days. If a mutual resolution has already been agreed between both parties on the order page, then the dispute will either be cancelled or resolved in line with the mutual agreement.
In the event of having to make a resolution decision, Thobe Sitti will use only the communication in the Order page as primary evidence, and consider:
- if both parties are acting in good faith and have tried to resolve the issue between themselves before contacting us, including at least a second attempt made between both parties to complete or rectify the project;
- if the order was delivered in accordance with the terms;
- for Disputes concerning the quality of the Product delivered: Thobe Sitti will consider whether the Seller has met general quality standards.
Users agree and accept that any payments and/or other actions made by Thobe Sitti in accordance with the resolution decision of a Dispute are made in good faith and Users shall have no cause of action against Thobe Sitti (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) in respect of the resolution decision or any such actions or payments made pursuant to it. Users further agree and accept that they have no right to seek to hold Thobe Sitti liable for a Buyer or Seller’s alleged actions or failures.
SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Thobe Sitti. If you want to learn about our Shipping process, we invite you to review our policy on shipping. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.
Tracking
Once your purchase has been confirmed, the respective Seller will process and ship your product within 30 business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). For overseas orders the shipping might take more than 4-6 weeks due to flight delays and custom procedures.
Our Sellers will use courier companies that provide tracking information and keep you updated regarding the same after your placed order has been processed. All tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed. International shipments can be subject to import taxes and duties by the destination country upon receipt which is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, if a Seller fails to deliver the Product within 30 days after order confirmation, the order will be manually cancelled and the refund will be issued to the customer as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and it may vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping to remote locations and foreign countries may require additional time and shipping charges for delivery.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three (3) attempts in total are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
Once the package is shipped from the Seller’s warehouse, they may not have any control of the package afterwards. If you for some reason didn’t receive your package or it package arrived in a damaged condition, please contact the courier company for the package status.
Delays In Delivery
We may provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and Seller cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative & approximate values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case-to-case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer for orders coming from overseas due to:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- National holidays or Festivals
- Order fulfilment process
- Customs clearance procedures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In case of internal disturbances in the recipient destination (war, strife, riots etc.), we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the money if we feel that a package cannot be delivered safely within 30 business days.

USER AUTHENTICATION
Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, Thobe Sitti cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Thobe Sitti cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behaviour of participants on the Sites, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release Thobe Sitti from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
TESTIMONIAL DISCLAIMER
The Site may contain testimonials by both Sellers and Buyers. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users will have the same experiences. YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.
